What a blessing...I was able to attend all 3 games at the
palace in 2004 and got watch my team win the NBA Championship. I can't
believe how much money I forked over thinking it was a "once in a lifetime
chance." I didn't think there would be any way possible that they'd be
able to get to the finals again, let alone repeat. Then they go and do it
again...well, they almost won it all. I tell you if Sheed stuck to his man
in Game 5 we'd be world champs. I shot...that's it! I hope he
bounces back strong next year and helps ignite the team...because it's gonna be
even more difficult this year. I wanna thank the Pistons for everything
they've done and all the wonderful memories. I didn't take Esa to any
games in 2k4...so to make up for it I took him to each game in 2k5...oh, Happy
Birthday Esa!
Game 3 - We played like absolute garbage in San
Antonio and had no idea what to expect in Game 3...for all of you that kept your
fath...God Bless You! What a game! Sure our seats weren't the
greatest...but at $100 a pop there isn't a bad seat in the building! We
won 96-79.

Game 5 - I can't believe how fun this game was!
I mean the people we were sitting with were awesome...I assure you we were the
rowdiest section at the Palace...the dude next to me was wearing a green
incredible hulk outfit with a fro and Ben Wallace jersey...dude whoever you
are...you rock! I guess there's a first time for everything...that goes
for the parking lot (LOL), awesome fans we sat next to, and unfortunately the
first loss I ever experienced at the Palace during the NBA Finals. Damn it
Sheed, why didn't you just stick to Horry??? Hell, you bounced back in the
next game...well there's always next year. We lost 95-96 in OT. That
was a tough one to swallow. I never saw so many quiet fans at the Palace
in my life. Unfortunately, our camera died...otherwise we woulda got pics
of everyone.

We won game 6 to go on and lose a close game 7...which no one
really expected us to get to after the first two games. I love our boys'
effort (well the last 5 games). I think the officiating was really bad,
but what really sucked was watching Rip, Tayshaun, and Sheed make all those
faces and spend so much time crying about it. Be professionals! Come
back stronger and don't get so broken down mentally if the calls don't go your
way. Yes, we were screwed left and right...but we had our chances...can't
wait till next season.
