  Here is the Kaaba, the House of AllahSWT.  Because it's his house doesn't mean he lives inside of there.  It is the direction all Muslims on the face of the earth turn to when performing their 5 mandatory prayers each day.  Unfortunately, many people outside of Islam try to personify God as one who has certain characteristics close to a human...which is completely rediculous.  God is All-Knowing, All-Powerful and the mere fact that he does not beget, nor is he begotton" shows that there is no one equal to his level.  Anyone trying to relate anyone to a level as high as God is fooling themselves and will be punished dearly in the hereafter.

Here is Hajar al-Aswad, known as the Black Stone.    Kissing the Black Stone is a Sunnah of Hajj and an act of obedience to Allah.
