The Shadi - June 14th, 2002

Now, this was the coolest wedding I have ever been to!  I've never seen such security in my life...we're talkin metal detectors, dogs, fire engines, cops, secret service, and the whole nine yards...all for the Chief Minister, Mr. Naidu.  I guess the best part about the wedding was the fact that Esa and I hung out w/Qudsi the whole time!  We didn't leave her for a second.  Sure she didn't have her buddies from home, but she definitely had her best friends.  Nobody is ever gonna forget Qudsi and the anticipation of her arrival.  Not even the CM!  Here's a link to a picture that was in the paper:  www.siasat.com

The Valima was quite a show put on by the groom's side.  Most probably the thing that stood out the most in my mind....was the stomach ache I had prior to eating dinner!
