The purpose behind this page is to kinda fill you in on what I've been listening to as of late. I think it's a fairly good mix of music, however the list is not presented in any particular order.
Disc 1 Default
Dallas Smith, the lead singer has got the coolest voice! I mean he's a cross between Scott Stapp of Creed and Jason Ross of Seven Mary Three. This is quietly becoming my favorite cd of the year. Best songs on the cd include Sick and Tired, Deny, Slow Me Down, Live a Lie, Let You Down, Somewhere, and of course Faded is my favorite! So that's like the whole cd, but that's why it's in my number 1 slot!
Disc 2 3 Doors Down
Away from the Sun - I didn't think I could like this band any more than around the time when I went to see them play a couple of years ago...but this new cd is me! Click Here for my CD Review!
Disc 3 Audioslave
Cochise is simply full of energy! Gotta love the music of Rage, along w/the vocals of one of my all time favs, formerly of Soundgarden, Chris Cornell!
Disc 4 Incubus
Definitely one of my favorite bands of this past year. As a matter of fact, if one song stood out in 2001, it had to be my favorite track of the year....Pardon Me!
Disc 5 Emerson Drive
Okay, this is the latest Young Country Band Out there...."Fall Into Me" is one of best songs out on the country stations. Look out for this band if you're a country music fan. I think I'm gonna get their cd too!
Disc 6 Keith Urban
"Somebody Like You" is the new one on the radio, but you gotta love "Your Everything."
Disc 7 Linkin Park
Holy cow am I impressed w/their latest hit, "Somewhere I Belong!" I've downloaded their ablum (I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the sounds I downloaded are complete) but I have yet to listen to it. Can't wait for the 4th of July, when these boyz come to town w/Metallica and Company!
Disc 8 Rascal Flatts
I'm really amazed the chords the lead singer can hit with his voice. Yeah, he sounds country, but you can't listen to songs like "These Days, I Melt, Praying for Daylight, Like I am, This Everyday love, and more"!
Disc 9 The Corrs
Sigh, what can I say? Some of the nicest, most relaxing music you can sit and listen to! Live in Dublin!
Disc 10 Evanescence
What an amazing voice!!! I am completely floored by her voice alone! The first time I heard this band I was just in shock how such a beautiful voice could be combined w/New Metal Music. It's like a combination of Sarah McLachlan and Linkin Park! Yeah, this one I had to buy, and I have a feeling this cd is gonna get worn out! CD Review coming very soon!
Who Got Bumped Off the List from last time???
Junoon and Shania Twain.
