The Valima Reception went well, despite the fact that we didn't have power, everything was cooked in the dark, and most importantly the A/C went out!  But you know what, all that stuff did not matter.  The food was great, AllahSWT blessed us w/the nice cool evening (relatively speaking), and everyone was really awesome about the whole situation.  Unfortunately, we didn't have a microphone to thank all the uncles, aunties, and family members who did so much to make this a wonderful occasion...you know who you are.  Here are the pics:
